This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful oversubscribed school in which both English and SEND are recognised as areas of outstanding practice. 

We are looking for a successful practitioner who understands the demands of pupils with a wide range of additional needs. You must have a track record of ensuring quality first teaching in English, enabling pupils to overcome their barriers to learning and put in place interventions to close any gaps in progress.  Candidates with Primary School experience are welcome to apply.

The start date for this post will be September 2018.

Woodchurch High School is a very successful, over-subscribed co-educational Church of England Academy.  There are over 1400 pupils on roll, who are supported by 114 teaching staff and  over 120 support staff. Woodchurch High School is housed in a state of the art building,  which opened 2010. It boasts excellent classroom accommodation as well as being equipped with the very latest ICT equipment.
