ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER
The post holder will be required to deputise in the absence of the Site Manager. Candidates should be competent in basic building repairs, decoration and maintenance. They should have a good working knowledge of site health and safety. Good communication skills are required to be able to deal with staff, students and oversee contractors working on site as well as look after occasional lettings.
Salary will be paid according to experience £18,184 - £21,940 per annum.
37 hours full time, all year round with paid overtime
Hours are on a rota system between 7.00 am and 10.30 pm, including evenings and weekends and will involve opening/closing the buildings.
