This is an exciting opportunity to join Dixons Academies as a senior leader. In your first year, you will be placed in one of our high performing Bradford academies to develop as a Dixons leader. In year two, you will be given a substantive position in a Dixons academy that is in more challenging circumstances in Bradford or Leeds.
During your first two years, you will be coached by a member of our Executive Team and have access to tailored training. In addition, you will be supported in joining a nationally recognised senior leadership programme.
