The Business and Enterprise Faculty at The Sheffield College offers a wide range of courses including full time study programmes for young people, apprenticeships, professional part time adult courses, and higher education courses.  

We currently have a requirement for experienced, lecturing staff in the following areas:  Associate Lecturer- AAT Accounting We are looking for an experienced AAT lecturer to deliver across the AAT range Level 1, 2, 3 and 4. 

We have a combination of evening and daytime provision, flexibility is key. In addition experience of delivering Bookkeeping and Computerised Accounts at Level 1 would also be of interest, as would experience of delivering AAT Level 1 Business Skills.  

Associate Lecturer CILEX / Law We are looking for an experienced CILEX lecturer who has delivered at both CILEX Level 3 and CILEX Level 6. Provision is in the evening to adult professionals this is our priority and would involve minimum two evenings a week. 

There is some additional requirement for daytime provision, at Level 3 on BTEC Legal topics and again Law at Degree Level which the successful evening applicant may wish to be considered for.  

Although AAT and CILEX are our main focus, experienced lecturers with the ability to deliver over a range of Business courses including Level 2 BTEC Business, Level 3 BTEC Business and potentially Foundation Degree in Business Leadership and Management would also be of interest. With both AAT and CILEX you will be joining an experienced, professional team.  

General Information: This will be on a zero hours contract but would be guaranteed hours with, potential with further continuous work into the future.  

You will need to hold a relevant degree/ professional qualification and possess a teaching qualification or at the very least be working towards one.
