About the role: 

We are seeking an exceptional and inspirational leader to join our highly motivated and dedicated team as Head of Sixth Form.

The successful candidate will not only lead the Sixth Form but will also be an associate member of the Senior Leadership Team, working directly with the Headteacher and Senior Team to shape operational and strategic decisions.

Salary is on the leadership scale, and we would be looking to invest in your professional development. This includes opportunities to access funded NPQ courses and progression. There will also be the opportunity of working with the Moulsham High School Head of Sixth Form where provision is rated as ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED. Moulsham High School is part of the Bridge Academy Trust.

 

Work Schedule: Full Time, Permanent
