As Attendance Officer you will help our students achieve success by promoting high levels of attendance, and by coordinating support and intervention where attendance drops below our expected standard. The role includes running our daily attendance monitoring processes, advising on development of the whole school approach to attendance, and some individual casework with students and families in need of support

The successful post holder will also provide administrative and clerical support services to a high standard, supporting management, teachers and students in an efficient, professional and effective manner.  This will involve organising and attending Attendance Panel and Fast Track Panel meetings as required and also liaising with the Norfolk County Council attendance officer on a regular basis.

There will be a need for top quality organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders, including working to tight daily deadlines.
