A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic, empathetic, adaptable, resilient and well organised individual who, primarily, is capable of independently managing the demands of running The LINC. We seek a person who believes that education is the key to 

The role will require:

1. Staffing, managing and co-ordinating the work in the LINC. Supervision and mentoring of students with challenging behaviour, liaison with

parents, carers, teaching and support staff are also other important aspects of the role. Flexibility in working hours, which sometimes may

include hours outside of the school day, would be desirable.

2. Assisting and supporting the wider provision of the Achievement Team at times when there are no students in the LINC. This may include supervision of

the intervention and inclusion room, in-class support, one-to-one and small group work.
