Vision for Education is looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant to join our successful team, to work in a Primary School in Leeds. The role will be temporary, leading to a permanent role for the right candidate. It is essential that the candidate has prior experience as a Behaviour Support Assistant and is excellent with challenging behaviour. Team-Teach is preferable, however training is available over the summer holidays.
The school has a supportive, motivated and enthusiastic team and standards are rapidly rising. The local community is highly supportive of the school and parental involvement is very positive.
To be considered for the Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification.
Be Team-Teach trained or be available on the 6th and 7th of August to take part in training.
Have experience of working as a Behaviour Support Worker in a School.
Be experienced and confident supporting pupils with challenging behaviour.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
