ABC Teachers are now currently recruiting Newly Qualified Teachers for positions beginning in September 2018 in the North Birmingham areas.

Supply teaching is an excellent opportunity for NQT’s as it allows you to gain valuable experience and build up your confidence in the classroom without any added pressures and commitments such as planning and assessing. Supply teaching will allow you to simply deliver work that has been pre-set and manage the class meaning you can just build on your teaching skills, enjoying your time within the classroom and a more flexible working life before completing your induction year. 

Working on a supply basis will allow you to work in schools in your local area and build yourself a reputation as a strong and dedicated teacher. By doing so you will open yourself up to many opportunities as you will be able to find the perfect school in which you will be happy to do your NQT induction year in. 

We also fill many long term placements which do involve the full teaching role but you would not be tied into it or required to put it towards your NQT year, meaning it could just be valuable and enjoyable experience.
