The Governors and Head at Bryanston are currently seeking an exceptional individual to provide leadership for the school’s commercial operations, propelling Bryanston into an exciting new era of achievement, for which the school has high ambitions.

A key partner to the Head, this significant role will have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of all non-educational functions at Bryanston: Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Compliance and Support Services, and will also act as Clerk to the Governors. The position is both challenging and rewarding in equal measure; your actions can have an immediate and positive lasting impact on Bryanston’s delivery of a first-class education to our pupils. 

The successful candidate will possess commanding business acumen, finely-tuned leadership and highly developed communication skills, with an ability to deliver robust and innovative strategic business initiatives. You will have an impressive demonstrable track record as a senior executive of adding significant value in a commercial business environment, through an approach informed by your outstanding personal judgement, integrity and empathy.

About Bryanston School

Bryanston is an independent boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 3 to 18, set in a beautiful 400-acre site near Blandford Forum in Dorset. It includes Bryanston Prep School, a co-educational day and boarding prep school in the neighbouring village of Durweston.
