We are looking for a flexible and approachable driver to provide an efficient and professional transport service to our pupils living outside of the catchment area. Working alongside the school Passenger Assistant you will ensure that the pupils are transported to and from school safely.

Working hours will be approximately 7:30am to 9:00am and 4:15pm to 5:45pm term time only, plus 4 hours per week worked on Tuesday and Thursday mornings to transport pupils to Swimming. Applications for the morning, afternoon or both shifts are welcome.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of customer service and the safeguarding responsibilities required for the role. In addition, you will be able to evidence a good record of reliability and punctuality, and will be keen to ensure the continuing success of this transportation.

We require you to be in possession of a full, clean driving licence and have at least 2 years' driving experience. A good knowledge of the surrounding areas would also be an advantage. A licence category D1 is essential for this role to enable the successful candidate to drive the school bus.
