Hillocks Primary Academy are recruiting a Business Administrator, who has previous experience of working at a senior administrative level, to manage the office and ensure the smooth running of the Academy.  We pride ourselves on our warm and inclusive ethos where everyone’s contribution is highly valued.


Job title:                  Business Administrator

Working hours:       37 hours per week, term time only 8.30am-4.30pm.   
                                   Part time hours will be considered where possible.

Salary:                      Grade 4, actual salary £17,450 - £18,900 per annum

Contract:                 Permanent

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SIMS, be able to demonstrate capability of managing a variety of tasks in various areas of a busy run Academy and have excellent communication skills.  The right candidate will be in contact with parents/carers, staff and visitors to the academy and will therefore need to be a calm and caring individual who can deal with a variety of challenging situations.  This is a vital role that works alongside the Principal, Senior Leadership Team and Business Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Academy.
