Business and Compliancy Manager

Job role

We are very excited to offer the opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced Business Manager to join the team at The Dare2Dream Foundation.

The main purpose of the Business and Compliancy Manager is to: -

  • Act as the Business and Compliancy Manager for The Dare2Dream Foundation.
  • Ensure that effective financial processes are in place and are adhered to.
  • Ensure that effective financial processes are in place and are adhered to.
  • Oversee the administration function.
  • Lead on HR systems and processes.
  • Have responsibility for HR systems and procedures.
  • Take responsibility for facilities management
  • Line management of staff, including administration and cleaning staff.

About The Dare2Dream Foundation

The Dare2Dream Foundation deliver a wide variety of highly bespoke outreach social and emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour support and alternative education provisions.

The core aim of our work is to enhance both the mental health and life opportunities of vulnerable children and young people.

Our work is located in some of the most deprived areas of the UK, with an increasingly high number of children suffering from a variety of mental health conditions.
