An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Business Team working as a Business Development & Training Adviser with responsibility for business development and liaison activity based across Cornwall.

 The role will involve working with local Accountancy businesses to develop training solutions and recruit learners onto apprenticeship programmes. The role will support the apprentices through their training programme and identify progression opportunities while working with local businesses to provide their wider training needs. 

Access to or use of transport is required.  

You will need to be energetic, have a very professional manner, be able to support apprentices through their programme and be able to work with customers to understand their needs and implement solutions. 

Knowledge of Accountancy practices, industry and an awareness of the local area would be an advantage. Hours of work will be flexible to the needs of students and employers.
