As a Business Studies Leader at EWS you will be able to bring life and real world experience to your teaching, inspiring students with hands on practical experiences and opportunities that excite, enthuse and motivate them.
Students are able to choose a Business and Finance pathway in Year 9 and follow a programme of BTEC Level 2 and LIBF qualifications at KS4. High numbers of students pursue Applied Business at KS5 with many opting to also study LIBF Financial Studies.
You would be entering into a successful department that delivers strong results year upon year. Your challenge is to build upon this success.
With potential for additional responsibility as the Quality Nominee for BTEC provision, you will also be the main point of contact for information related to quality assurance and we will be involved in monitoring and supporting staff.

Elizabeth Woodville School is an inclusive comprehensive school with approximately 1100 students. Elizabeth Woodville is part of Tove Learning Trust which is a rapidly growing trust whose vision is to ensure that all pupils in the trust academies are provided with outstanding educational experiences that lead to outstanding outcomes. This includes all aspects of school life with pupils achieving to the very best of their ability.
Our school is located on two sites, Roade (North campus) and Deanshanger (South campus). We operate as one school with staff working across both sites, however the successful candidate will be based at one site only.
