Fountain Head House School has a fantastic opportunity, with ambitious growth we need an exceptional Business Manager to join our talented team. You will need to committed, hardworking enthusiastic individual to be able to provide a professional support to our school.

Fountain Head House School is a growing Independent Special day school based in Saltash in Cornwall. The school caters for pupils from 4 to 16 with a range of special educational needs. We currently have 55 pupils but looking to grow to our potential. As we are in our third academic year the school is still improving on a whole so if you feel that you can have a positive impact of our changing and growing school, then join our team.

We have a good connection with our parents and the local community which provide some of our pupils with alternative provisions and offsite learning. Our pupils work from an individual timetable to match their needs and skills. All our pupils are on an EHCP plan and have a minimum 1:1 Teaching assistant

Our curriculum offer is highly personalised to the needs of each pupil and delivered through our three Curriculum Pathways: Learning to Learn, Participating in Learning and Independent Learning. The teaching of English, Maths, Science, PSHE and PE sits at the core of each Curriculum Pathway.

In this pivotal role you will work closely with the Headteacher and play a crucial part in the shape of our financial strategy. You will ensure compliance with legislation and regulation, maintain up to date effective policies, liaise with external partners, have experience in negotiating and procurement, oversee all property management and be the Health and safety Manager.
