We are seeking to appoint a talented School Business Manager who as a member of the school’s senior leadership team will have responsibility for the effective management of all support functions of the school, including finance, premises, compliance, human resources and health and safety. The School Business Manager will have key responsibility for fundraising and generating additional income for the school.
The successful candidate should be experienced and skilled in managing the wide range of tasks needed for a School Business Manager and have the financial background necessary to manage the budget.
Additional requirements include outstanding interpersonal skills, time management and the ability to use the school data management systems. Personnel experience is also beneficial as the School Business Manager will conduct staff performance management/appraisal reviews and sickness absence management meetings.
