Career Pathway Leader in Business 

Salary: £35,298 per annum

(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year) 


An opportunity has arisen to join the Applied & Academic Learning Area as a Career Pathway Leader in Business.     

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team and take responsibility for the operation drive towards outstanding for their assigned pathway so that all students have an exceptional learning experience.   

In addition the successful candidate will have the ability to teach across a range of related courses within the Curriculum Area and act as a personal tutor to an identified number of student groups. 

A professional qualification in the relevant curriculum area is essential. Possession of a teacher training qualification is essential as is the ability to offer teaching across a range of subjects within the curriculum area.
