The Careers and Employability Advisor is an exciting opportunity within the Student Services department providing a centralised service of high quality careers and employability related information, advice and guidance to students at the college.

You will support the delivery of a range of 1:1 and group sessions to key stakeholders to strengthen knowledge and understanding of careers provision and options for students.

You will also support with curriculum and lead on departmental careers and employability related activities, events and the production of effective and information resources.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing careers related information, advice and guidance. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload, especially at busy times of the year and self-motivated to initiate and resolve problems and queries.

This position is term time, 38 weeks per year, 37 hours per week.
