Careers Assistant (Part Time, Term Time Only)
Working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 2.30 pm, for 37 weeks per year, term time only, a degree of flexibility is required.
You will provide an administrative and information service to students including:
• To offer a high quality administrative service
• To offer information and advice to students about progression
We are looking for a candidate who ideally:
• Has excellent interpersonal skills
• Has excellent administrative and organisational skills

About Luton Sixth Form College
Luton Sixth Form College is a specialist Sixth Form College, providing academic and general vocational education for 16 to 18 year olds in Luton.
Established in September 1966, we are the oldest Sixth Form College in the country and have an enviable reputation for quality and excellence. We are also one of the largest, with more than 2,800 students taking a vast array of A Level and BTEC courses.
Our mission is to provide an outstanding education for young people at the College, and to work with other local providers to ensure that there are opportunities for all young people in Luton to succeed and progress.
The College is located in a quiet residential area in the north of Luton, with easy access from the town centre, A505, A6 and M1. Our site was redeveloped between 2008 and 2010 and the original grammar school buildings were replaced by a £56m campus offering state-of-the-art facilities and modern resources for staff and students.
