Granville Academy is looking to appoint a Career and Guidance, Aspiration Lead to provide high quality, independent information enabling our students to make informed realistic decisions about their future learning and employment pathways.

The successful candidate will have experience with supporting student with careers and education guidance and have knowledge of the D2N2 framework and Gatsby benchmarks.
You must have a passion and dedication to working with students to support their ability to fulfil their potential after leaving school.
Qualifications in career guidance and development would be advantageous.
