Band 6 - point 30 £17,668 pa (FTE)

Actual Salary £7,160 pa

The Governors are seeking to appoint a part-time spilt shift caretaker to work alongside our experienced caretaker. The vacancy is for a part-time caretaker for two days a week Wednesday and Thursday with possible extra days, to help to maintain a good, safe environment. Additional skills in DIY decorating and general maintenance are also necessary. The successful candidate would also be required to be a key-holder.

We require someone who has the ability to work on their own initiative, attending to general cleaning duties, minor repairs and maintenance as necessary under Health & Safety regulations plus conduct weekly checks and record Fire alarm tests, water flushing and electrical safety checks.
