Caretaker / Site Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive caretaker/site manager to ensure the delivery and maintenance of a safe and secure environment for all pupils, staff, visitors, and contractors to the school site (internal and external including the school grounds.)

You will be the initial point of contact for buildings, grounds, maintenance and security. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to manage ever-changing priorities. This role reports to the Headmistress and will liaise closely with the school’s Senior Leadership and Administration Teams.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of health and safety and associated compliance regulations, as well as a competent level of practical skills in building and grounds maintenance.

The role is Monday to Friday from 7 am until either 2 pm (35 hours a week) or 1 pm (30 hours a week). Either option will be considered.
