Join our team as a Casual Lettings Officer at North Star Community Trust! Work with our dedicated staff to ensure our facilities serve our community effectively.


Job Purpose:

Working under the guidance of the Head of Estates & Facilities, you will oversee lettings, ensuring they align with the school's Lettings Policy. This involves managing school openings, monitoring premises, handling lettings and external users, cleaning used areas, and overseeing parking and building security.

Lettings Officers should also be ready to assist the premises team as needed, adapting to changing priorities. The appointed individual will adhere to the Trust's policies, ethos, and objectives, while also undertaking any additional duties assigned by the Head of Estates & Facilities, Headteacher, or CEO.
