Byron Wood Academy is recruiting a Catering Assistant who is passionate about providing great customer service - this is a term time, part-time opportunity.

 

As an essential member of the Catering Team, you will thrive in a busy environment, be adaptable and flexible and will support colleagues to maintain high professional standards.


The successful candidate will: 

  • Have great communication skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst paying close attention to detail
  • Be aligned to our values and mission. If you are the type of person who fits with our culture, you will love working here 
  • Have experience of preparing fresh food and of working in a similar role
  • Be someone who passionately believes that all children can achieve, no matter what their starting point, background or needs.

Byron Wood Academy serves approximately 450 students between the ages of 4 and 11. Situated in the heart of an area of rich cultural and social diversity in the Burngreave area of Sheffield, Byron Wood is more than just an academy but a hub of innovation and creativity that inspires tomorrow’s generation.
