Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CSEL)

We are looking for an outstanding Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CSEL) for our new Multi Academy Company (MAC).

Set in a beautiful area within the West Midlands, this MAC offers a unique opportunity to work in a diverse, inclusive and stimulating environment, in which 93% of our 13 schools are judged to be good or outstanding.

The CSEL will bring together under their leadership the Headteachers and other senior leaders within the constituent schools and establish an executive leadership team to support and inform the implementation of strategic developments.

The successful candidate will also be someone who will inspire and empower others to share in achieving continued success for all our children. A sense of community will be a defining feature of the MAC. The communities which we serve cover the full range of social demographics, and each have their own challenges and opportunities.

We expect our CSEL to be able to successfully provide fully inclusive support and progressive learning opportunities to ensure our children, our families and our parishes and communities can flourish. They will have a proven track record of exceptional achievement as a strategic leader.
