This vacancy is a unique opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Trust and to lead the shaping of an exemplar management model within education. The Trust is facing exciting changes and challenges and the post holder will need to build on our current strengths and develop structures and in-house central services to solidify and embed best practice across the Trust. The postholder will have the necessary agility to respond to change and challenge in the educational sector and will lead the outward facing work of the Trust
The public image and strategic leadership that the postholder will provide will maintain, promote and develop the values and ethos of the Trust. The legacy to the educational sector will be a multi-academy trust which provides outstanding educational opportunities to all students, enables young people to develop to their full potential in all areas of their lives and supports the shaping of the next generation.
The position is suitable for an inspirational and innovative leader, committed to continual improvement who can lead the Trust in its growth strategy. He or she will have proven operational and strategic leadership and management experience. We are seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to strengthen partnerships and with a strong commitment to our values.
