Cheshire Academies Trust Board of Trustees is seeking to appoint a visionary and inspirational Chief Executive Officer with drive, energy and strong inter-personal skills who will lead us on the next stage of our journey. They will be well regarded in the Education Sector and will work with the Board and Executive Team colleagues to deliver our vision and oversee the strategic direction and monitoring of educational standards. They will enable CAT to achieve their future growth aspirations and support our family of schools to fulfil their highest ambitions in line with our core ethos. The successful candidate will have the personal capacity to lead a larger organisation than we are now.

School visits to each of our academies are planned for the following dates and times and applicants are invited to visit as many of our academies as they wish to.  

Kelsall Primary School  10th September 2018  4.30pm 

Mill View Primary School  11th September 2018  4.30pm 

Boughton Heath Academy  12th September 2018   9.30am 

The initial appointment will be made on a two year fixed term, 0.5fte basis to allow the Board to review the position and the status of the Trust toward the end of the term.  

Shortlisting will take place on 18th September 2018 with interviews on 24th/25th September 2018. For equality reasons members of the shortlisting panel will not receive personal details when reviewing applications and therefore will be unable to provide feedback on the shortlisting process.
