As a result of the intended retirement of our current Chief Executive Officer, we are seeking an exceptional candidate to take forward and develop our strategic plans working closely with the Trustees. The successful candidate will be an outstanding leader who is able to take up the vision, ethos and values of the Trust and will empower others to do the same. You will have the capability and drive to deliver both our ambitious educational and well-being outcomes for our students and our forward-thinking business development goals. The Trust has invested in strong leadership within our academies and has put in place a highly regarded central services function, which delivers core services efficiently and effectively realising the economies of our scale.
There is an ambitious strategic plan in place and you will play a key role in implementing and developing this plan. Key to this is maintaining and developing effective communication with our strategic partners.
You will take on the role of Accounting Officer and with the CFO will review and approve all budgets for our academies, ensuring the Trust’s long-term sustainability.
You will work closely with the Trustees in their strategic role and will be able to turn the Trust’s strategic ambitions into operational delivery plans working alongside each Academy’s leadership team and Local Governing Body.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and be able to engage with our students from early years to 18. You will motivate and energise our talented staff to deliver the Trust’s vision and goals. You will be highly accomplished at developing professional networks with the ability to work effectively with other senior executives in education, or business, as well as senior officials in education and government.
