The Board of The Goldsworth Trust is looking for a dynamic, exceptional education professional to join the Trust as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the next exciting phase of our journey. The Trust are now looking to appoint a CEO who shares the values and ethos of The Goldsworth Trust and the academies within it, and with it, our commitment to continuous and collaborative improvement of positive outcomes for all our pupils, to help them achieve and maximise their potential.
The Goldsworth Trust is a multi-academy trust currently comprising two primary academies based in the heart of Woking and is hoping to expand in the near future
The Trust’s vision is that all schools within the trust are centres of excellence in working with their own particular intake of pupils to ensure that they are happy, respectful, well-rounded children, achieving their highest potential and finding their unique talents. By working together we will build a group of outstanding academies, to improve the life chances of our pupils and have a transformational impact on our communities. The underlying principle of the Trust is to preserve the uniqueness of our schools with local autonomy, where possible, whilst demanding excellence at all times.
This is an exciting time to work for The Goldsworth Trust. The Board is committed to sustainable growth, to enable us to create a group of outstanding schools with ambition for every child.
The Trust now seeks to appoint a CEO of outstanding quality to succeed Pauline Alexander who, having very successfully formed and led the Trust through its early stages of growth, wishes to retire.
The successful candidate will be innovative and a forward thinker who will bring the drive, inspiration and commitment to lead the future vision of the Trust and its stakeholders.
Visits to Goldsworth Trust are encouraged and can be arranged by contacting Lindsay Evans, Clerk to the Board of Trustees on clerk@goldsworthtrust.co.uk
