Chief Finance Officer/Chief Operations Officer– Middlesex Learning Trust

The Middlesex Learning Trust (MLT) is a multi-academy trust of 2 secondary schools in the London area.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated professional to lead and manage on all non-educational aspects of the Trust’s finance and operations. You will have a proven track record of senior leadership within public or private sector and experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams, be highly motivated, striving to develop and maintain exemplary professional standards across all areas of finance, including developing financial plans, establishing budgets and providing strategic management and financial leadership. 

This exciting opportunity to join a growing Trust will require you to work closely with the CEO and members of the Trust central team and other senior leaders, as stakeholders at all levels, to ensure effective financial management across the Trust, contributing to the successful delivery of the Trust’s strategic objectives.
