The Oldershaw Academy Trust wishes to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a recognised accounting qualification or at least 5 Years relevant experience in management accounting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a financial strategy that ensures the Academy has a long term economically sustainable future.

As CFO and member of the Executive leadership team, you will take collective responsibility for the strategic development and operation of the Academy, contributing to Board meetings and promoting the vision and values of the Trust whilst fostering a collaborative and high performing culture. In addition, you will be accountable for all Function operational activities including:

• commercial performance

• strategy translation

• tactical plans

• alignment with the Trust operational vision

Proven experience in effective building, supplier and contract management, excellent interpersonal relationship skills and strong communication skills at all levels is also essential.
