St William's School is seeking tow suitably experienced persons to fill the role of education assistant. One is the early years for 2 days one week and three the next. The other is for 20 hours and is in the upper primary years.

St William's School is a Catholic primary school in the north western suburb of Keperra, Brisbane. We are a co-educational school with an approximate enrolment of 440  students from years Prep to year 7. The school is set on 4.5 hectares of leafy grounds. Our school is well resourced and we promote a caring, safe Christian environment for our students.

Estimated Start Date:   July - August 2018

Position Tenure:   Fixed Term

Weeks Worked:  School term weeks - plus additional hours/weeks as negotiated

Tenure Duration (If Fixed Term):   12 months

Total Paid Hours (per wk) & Days Required:   Position 1 = 12.5 hours a week Position 2 = 20 hours per week ( 5 days )

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate:   School Officer Level 2

Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
