The Enfield Learning Trust is looking for enthusiastic, inspirational teachers who enjoy working as part of a dedicated team. We are a family of successful primary schools in Enfield. We are innovative with our teaching approach and have embedded a ‘reduced marking’ feedback for learning policy, which enables teachers to give valuable feedback on progress whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance. All our staff teams work collaboratively within their schools and across the Trust to share best practice.

Our children are enthusiastic learners and they demonstrate excellent behaviour for learning. We have developed a creative cross curricular approach which is known as the ‘Learning Quest’. Children are encouraged to have a growth mind set to build lifelong learning skills and we have developed mindfulness for both children and staff across the school.

We provide quality training and development for staff across the Enfield Learning Trust and we are able to offer significant opportunities for career progression and professional development. We also offer dedicated planning and preparation time with additional time for Newly Qualified Teachers. We value the wellbeing of our staff and to support the teacher workload challenge we have removed unnecessary paperwork. Each member of staff also has access to the Perkbox app that provides discounts on many high street chains. All our schools are close good transport links into London and Hertfordshire.

We understand how important it is for teachers and children to have access to modern technology, which is why we are well-resourced in this area. All our teachers are provided with laptops and/or iPads for home and school use.

In line with recent legislation, applicants must have a command of spoken English that is sufficient to effectively carry out duties of the role.
