Class Teacher

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative teacher to work as part of our team; someone who can inspire our pupils and contribute to the life and work of our school.

The vacancy is in our Primary 1 class and is to cover the maternity leave of the class teacher. The successful applicant will be an excellent classroom teacher with experience teaching CfE Early Level. They will be skilled at establishing positive relationships with pupils and colleagues alike and keen to participate fully as a member of our school community.

Our school serves a wide catchment area, including Birnam and Dunkeld, as well as Amulree and Glen Quaich, Dowally, Kincraigie and Butterstone. There are seven primary classes which are currently single stage, as well as a wonderful Nursery which allows us to provide a seamless transition to Primary 1.
