Middle Leadership – Year group leader with curriculum area responsibility
Bloxwich Academy primary is seeking to appoint an excellent teaching practitioner who has high expectations of pupil progress and a drive for self-development to join our middle leadership team. The candidate must be ambitious to inspire and motivate young children to reach their potential regardless of their background.The successful candidate will be both skilled in the classroom and have the capability to drive improvement and standards in a curriculum area and lead a team of people.

- possesses enthusiasm and commitment to supporting all pupils;
- has either previous experience or promise in raising standards in a curriculum area, leading new initiatives, running staff training and quality assuring through observations and work scrutiny

- is enthusiastic, keen and is aware of the needs of individual pupils;
- has the ability to lead and inspire a team of people
- can work effectively as part of a team;
- will support and build effective relationships with pupils to help them achieve their full potential.
