Class Teacher with Year Group Leader Responsibilities

The leadership team is now looking to further grow the layer of Year Group Leaders by appointing an outstanding class teacher to lead on teaching and learning and curriculum planning within a year group.  The successful candidate will work collaboratively within our team and help us to improve the quality of education.

This is a class based position with regular release time to ensure you have impact on school improvement. The school is also committed to your professional development so you will have ongoing support from the senior leadership team and will attend appropriate training and development opportunities. You will be given support, time and space to grow as a leader and improve teaching and learning within your year group.

You must be a great teacher who has a passion for developing high quality teaching and learning, believe in sharing best practice and have the ability to inspire and motivate others. You must have good subject knowledge and an eagerness to grow and develop as a leader.
