Job overview

Gatton Primary School started with one class in Balham mosque over 25 years ago. In 2004, the school moved from being an independent school to a government funded voluntary aided school. In 2006 the school became the first purpose built Muslim faith-based VA school and moved to its current location on Broadwater Road.

Due to the high demand on school places, the school grew from two form to a three-form entry school. Currently we have 628 children on roll. We provide children with the full National Curriculum as well as the additional provision of Islamic studies from specialist teachers via the Al-Risalah Education Trust. The school received an OFSTED ‘Outstanding’ in 2014.

A great opportunity to join the staff of our successful school. We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented Class Teacher to join the team. Please see the job description for further details.
