Exeter College is seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the position of Clerk to the Corporation to provide strategic, legal, advisory and administrative support to the College Board. The appointment will be from 1st August 2018.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience of servicing committees at a senior or strategic level including preparation and circulation of agendas, papers and minutes. You will have excellent administrative, interpersonal and written communication skills together with meticulous attention to detail. You will be able to work independently on a daily basis and have strong independent judgement to be able to advise the Board whilst working effectively with the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team. You will be highly literate and procedural with exceptional organisational skills. You will also have to keep up-to-date with developments within the FE sector and elsewhere.
Hours of work will need to be worked flexibly in order to attend all committee meetings and events.
