The role requires a candidate with an excellent eye for detail and the adaptability and organisational skills to prioritise appropriately and work to strict deadlines.  This role will involve processing personal data, adherence to current data protection legislation, and an ability to work on projects with senior Collegiate staff, whilst maintaining confidentiality. Outstanding ICT skills across a range of Microsoft office platforms are essential. The role requires flexibility and adaptability.

Compliance

• Provide dedicated administrative support to the Head of Collegiate Quality and Compliance and the Collegiate Board member – Compliance. 

• Source and collate information of a confidential nature, in a variety of formats e.g. word processed, spreadsheet, presentations.

• Source and collate information concerning new regulations or guidance.

• Assist with monitoring compliance-related audits, registers and returns, and routinely contacting staff, as required. 

Training

• Provide dedicated administrative support to the Head of Co-Curricular and Staff Training.

• Regularly update the Compliance Training Record with meticulous attention to detail.

• Routinely contact staff who have statutory face-to-face and/or online (EduCare) training outstanding. 

• Assist with booking statutory training and new staff induction days. 

• Update the Collegiate First Aid Record and the First Aider list on EVOLVE and in the inspection documentation. 

SchooliP

• Assist with the administration and accurate maintenance of SchooliP, a web-based school improvement and performance tool.

• Maintain records for Collegiate development planning, staff appraisal, monitoring and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

• Monitor the timely completion and deadlines for development planning, assessments and CPD evaluation.  

• Ensure the records of staff statutory training, within SchooliP, are accurate and up-to-date.

Part/Full time hours available, term time or 52 weeks, can be combined with other roles by negotiation.
