Job overview

We are seeking a bright, capable and enthusiastic individual to join the School to take responsibility for coordinating all compliance related activities including the compliance control process across all aspects of the School including safeguarding, policies, Independent Schools Standards Regulations (ISSRs), National Minimum Standards for Boarding, Health and Safety and examinations administration and compliance. The role will involve liaison with departments across the School and keeping a firm handle on the implications for the School of the above regulations. The successful candidate should have proven experience of a related role and be confident prioritising work in a fast paced organisation with competing deadlines.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: 35 per week

Location: White Lodge, Richmond with regular travel to Covent Garden

Our full-time students are based at White Lodge in Richmond Park and Upper School in Covent Garden. There are two additional boarding houses for Upper School students in Pimlico and Covent Garden. We also have offices on Bedford Street in Covent Garden. The School also operates in locations worldwide, including different Associate centres and venues for Primary Steps and Intensive Courses.
