With fantastic new facilities University College Birmingham is looking for industry professionals with a passion for developing others; recent investments include an E-Sports facility, Cybersuite and state of the art facilities across our campus – A perfect time to join us!

Our highly motivated team are looking for a qualified professional to support our facility development and the delivery of a range of programmes across our digital offer.  We are currently developing a suite of computing programmes including T-levels, Computing Science and a new Cybersecurity degree for 2022/23.  Industry is at the heart of what we do so if you want to join a dynamic team of professionals inspiring the future of our industry then look no further!


The role will support the lecturing team, and students, during practical lab sessions, networking, troubleshooting, system security and encryption, as well as managing and maintaining the computing facilities.

UCB is committed to providing professional development opportunities and will support the completion of recognised training and certification to support the role.

The University has invested c£140 million in new teaching and other facilities over the last ten years, including several new campus teaching buildings, which can be seen virtually on our website.

We are University College Birmingham Sixth Form Centre, opening in the city centre in September 2024 and teaching an A-level curriculum.
