Your Purpose:

One of our more popular vocational subjects with our learners is Construction. We deliver from our site in Mansfield. These sites are unique in that they are fully equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to deliver qualifications to our learners. The site is also very lucky to have an excellent team of Group Tutors who pride themselves on using innovative approaches to engagement in education.

Your experience of working with young people who can sometimes display challenging behaviours. To be a role model to not only our learners but also our R.E.A.L. Construction team and feel confident in driving improvements within this setting.

Your Impact:

As the Construction Provisions Manager you will drive forward the provision and increase the offer to our learners and future learners. By being is hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves, and to get stuck in to help the Construction Tutors and leaners will give them the skills they require to pass their BTEC in a construction-based field.

Job Title: Construction Provision Manager

Location: Mansfield

Weeks: 48 Weeks (41 working weeks plus 7 weeks holiday entitlement)

Hours: 37.5

Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 per annum
