HARINGEY EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP (HEP) is looking for Consultant Improvement Partners to work with its member schools and colleges.

Haringey Education Partnership is a schools-led company that will provide school improvement advice and services in a new and innovative way.

Working in partnership with HEP member schools you would be committing to shaping and driving a truly schools led improvement system, from early years through to post-16 across a diverse range of provision.

Building on an already high-performing schools system and a strong collective ethos, Haringey Education Partnership will go further in empowering and enabling schools to work together to share good practice and to support and hold each other to account on behalf of our children and young people.

We are seeking to engage a number of Consultant Improvement Partners with current or recent Headship experience and a strong understanding of school improvement to work with HEP member schools delivering our core offer and traded services. It is integral to the HEP offer to schools that we are able to engage Improvement Partners who have specialist expertise and experience to best support and challenge schools in all phases and specialisms.

Partners would be required to commit to 10 days or more over an academic year.
