HCUC (Harrow College and Uxbridge College) is a very high performing College offering students an “outstanding quality of education” (Ofsted 2022).  We are seeking to appoint a part time Course Team Leader, based at Hayes Campus, who will co-ordinate our provision and supervise day-to-day operational issues for Young Learner courses within the Section, in particular in particular Pre-Entry, E1 and E2 Young Learner courses.  You would also teach on a range of ESOL programmes.

You will need to possess a degree, an approved English Language Specialist Teaching qualification (minimum CELTA/ Cert TESOL), and an advanced level teaching qualification (PGCE/DET or ESOL specialist equivalent).  You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ successful teaching in ESOL, the ability to supervise a team and some curriculum and curriculum co-ordination and development experience.
