About the role:

The successful candidate will organise cover, deploy Cover Supervisors and undertake a range of administrative tasks to provide business support to the school.

You would be moving into an established and respected role, working with supportive colleagues who view this as a key position in the school. We will provide an excellent induction led by the current post-holder, who has progressed within the Trust.

The role will be fast paced and varied, and the successful candidate will need to respond quickly to changes as they happen, and resolve operational issues as they arise, whilst remaining calm and professional under pressure. The current post-holder has established excellent links with local agencies, and we would be looking for you to maintain and develop these.

You will be involved in all aspects of school life, supporting the Senior Leadership Team in planning, and delivering key school events.

We value the skills and knowledge of every member of the team, and opportunities for development and progression are evident for all our support staff. Internal and external CPD is available and encouraged, and we have developed staff and provided opportunities for growth and promotion within the Trust through a variety of different routes.
