Our academy is on the cusp of monumental change.  With a new vision in place, we are entering 2019 with a strategy to change the culture of the school and the environment in which our young people learn.

We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to support the progress of our students.  You will have previous experience of working with young people.  The role will involve managing and supervising the learning of students during the absence of the class teacher and providing in class support when no cover is required.  Other duties may include small group intervention.

This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to gain further experience in a school environment as part of their career development and will offer invaluable experience to anyone wishing to pursue a career in teaching!

Bexleyheath Academy is an 11-19 academy of 1600 students situated in the London borough of Bexley. We are within easy access of the Dartford crossing and Blackwall tunnel  and only 30 minutes from central London on the train. We are an inclusive school at the heart of our community.
