We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to ensure consistency of approach for students when teachers are absent. The successful candidate will cover lessons as required and ensure that student discipline is strong. You will assist with administration, behaviour and classroom tasks when not covering lessons.
You will be joining our Academy at an exciting time, helping to implement our tight, robust and no-nonsense culture for learning behaviour systems.

The Bishop of Winchester Academy, based in Bournemouth, Dorset, is a Church of England secondary school that prides itself on its curriculum, governance and outstanding student behaviour. Students aged 11-18 experience teaching in new state-of-the-art buildings and have first-class resources at their fingertips. The school operates in an area where there are schools that select for entry on grounds of ability.
The mixed secondary school was opened in September 2010 as a sponsor-led academy. In September 2014, the Bishop of Winchester Academy extended its educational opportunities by opening its own sixth form.
