This is an exciting time to join this successful and oversubscribed large secondary school. A cover supervisor is required to become part of an established and skilled team who work across the school to support teaching and learning and to encourage students to continue to exhibit ‘Brilliant Blatch Behaviour’.
Job Purpose
To supervise groups of students during the short term absence of a teacher to ensure that students carry out a pre-prepared lesson, maintain good order and to keep students on task, responding to questions and generally assisting students to undertake set activities.
