We are seeking a confident and motivated individual to join Hampton High as a cover Supervisor. The main purpose of this role is to support teachers and provide cover for absent staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, friendly and professional environment.

You will be expected to supervise classes across a range of subjects. To be successful, you will have a firm but friendly approach and be self-confident in dealing with young people.

The successful candidate will be joining the school at an exciting time. Hampton High is a mixed comprehensive school, which was judged “good” by Ofsted in 2019. The school is now full throughout KS3 with a waiting list of families. We are committed to real inclusion and are proud of our newly opened Specialist Resource Provision for ASD students. We have recently joined Bourne Education Trust, which has a commitment to nurturing talented colleagues, and we offer a comprehensive programme of professional development for all staff. All visitors to our school comment on the high standards of behaviour, high levels of student engagement in lessons and the warmth and pride with which students talk about their school. We would encourage you to read our Ofsted report prior to making an application.
